Our sauce is Proudly Made in Canada from domestic and imported ingredients, combining local Ontario harvest produce with premium, globally-sourced ingredients like authentic Indian Madras curry spice, Mexican coconut aminos, Korean fermented soy. Every ingredient is there for a reason.

Most hot sauce is one-dimensional – it's all about burn. Kobraiya is about layered heat with purpose. The jhaal builds, the achari spice profile lingers, and the flavour never disappears behind the heat. It's meant to enhance a dish, not torch it.
